With your TitlePage publisher account, you can access & download your own ONIX file via FTP. This file is updated monthly, and can be accessed either with a dedicated FTP client on desktop (we recommend FileZilla if you currently do not have one) or on a browser-based FTP client such as FTPWeb.
Please note that if you are sending us an ONIX feed, these files will also be available in your FTP folder, alongside our generated files.
FileZilla (desktop client)
- Open FileZilla - the top of your window should include a host & login fields:
- Enter the host as ftp.titlepage.com and then use your usual login credentials for your Publisher account - leave port field blank.
(nb: not your Global Viewer account, whose username would end with “gv”) - In the bottom right-hand quadrant of your window, you should see your compressed ONIX files available. Drag them into a separate folder to download them onto your device, or otherwise right-click and download (please note these will usually go directly into your USER folder).
FTPWeb (browser client)
- Go to https://ftpweb.net/ and you should immediately see a pop-up with a host & login fields:
- Enter the host as ftp.titlepage.com and then use your usual login credentials for your Publisher account. Leave other fields blank.
(nb: not your Global Viewer account, whose username would end with “gv”) - You should then see your ONIX files available:
- SHIFT + Click on both lines to highlight them both, then click the Download button on the bottom bar (2nd from the left). These will then download through your browser:
