Can’t see the new TitlePage?
If you’re not yet seeing the new TitlePage at www.titlepage.com, first try refreshing your browser page, or closing and reopening it.
If that doesn’t work, here the steps to clear your DNS settings across common browsers:
Google Chrome & Microsoft Edge
- Open a new tab and type chrome://net-internals/#dns (for Chrome) or edge://net-internals/#dns (for Edge) in the address bar.
- Click Clear host cache.
- Go to ‘chrome://net-internals/#sockets’ or ‘edge://net-internals/#sockets’ and click Flush socket pools to fully refresh active connections.
Mozilla Firefox
- Open a new tab and type about:networking#dns in the address bar.
- Click Clear DNS Cache.
- Alternatively, go to Settings > Privacy & Security, find Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data, check Cached Web Content, and clear it.
Apple Safari (macOS)
- Go to Safari > Settings > Advanced and check Show features for web developers.
- Click the Develop menu in the top menu bar and select Empty Caches.
- Restart Safari.
In rare cases your organisation’s network may temporarily retain the previous site address. If you continue to have trouble, contact us at titlepage@publishers.asn.au.
Can’t login to the new TitlePage?
If you’ve previously logged in using an organisational login, you now need to use an individual account login to access TitlePage.
Until your login has been set up on the APA Security Centre, you won’t be able to login at TitlePage.com.
Follow the guide below for setting up your new login. In the meantime, your current organisational login continues to work at legacy.titlepage.com.
Existing user: set up your new login
If you were in our system attached to an organisation with a TitlePage subscription, you should have received two emails from the Australian Publishers Association about setting up your universal login:
- an email from office@publishers.asn.au containing setup instructions.
- an email from security@publishers.asn.au containing your temporary password.
Follow the instructions and use your temporary password to get set up in the APA Security Centre – once you can access the Security Centre successfully, you’ll be able access the upgraded TitlePage.
New user: register for an account
If you’ve not received emails from us about these changes, and want to register for an account, find a guide to the TitlePage registration process.
Chat to us
Didn’t get either of the emails, or having problems signing in or registering?
Book a quick session with our TitlePage team or get in touch via titlepage@publishers.asn.au, so we can help get you set up with your universal login and logged into TitlePage.

MFA requirements
While Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) is required for admin users, it is optional for general access to TitlePage.
If you require a separate login for day-to-day access without requiring MFA, to be used on the bookshop or library floor for example, please contact the TitlePage team to set this up.
