The upgraded TitlePage makes it easier to search, explore and discover titles, review detailed product information, and create collections that can be shared or downloaded.
This guide introduces the key TitlePage functions with short interactive walkthroughs so you can quickly see each feature in action, and find your way around the upgraded platform.
Search for a known title
When you’re looking for a specific book, use the quick search field in the top right to search using:
- ISBN
- Title
- Author or contributor
- A combination of title, author and other keywords
An ISBN search will usually give you the most precise result, and take you directly to the product page if the title exists on TitlePage.
If you don’t have the ISBN, try the full title or author name. You can also combine terms, such as part of the title and the author’s surname, to narrow the results.

Explore titles by subject or theme
The new TitlePage search is especially powerful when you don’t already have a particular title in mind.
Exploratory searching helps you find books connected to a topic, theme, audience or customer request. You can start with a broad phrase, and then use filters or advanced search options to refine the results.
Search results are based on the metadata that publishers and distributors have supplied, including titles, descriptions, contributors, subjects, and classifications.
Try a few variations if your first search is too broad or too narrow.
In this walkthrough you’ll see how a phrase or concept can be used to discover relevant titles.

Filter your search results and change your display columns
Filters help you narrow a large result set to the titles most relevant to you or your customers, and change what information is displayinmg.
Depending on your search, you may be able to filter by details such as:
- Availability
- Publication date
- Format
- Age range
- Subject
- Audience
- Country or market
You can apply more than one filter at a time. Your active filters will be shown with the results, so you can review or remove them as needed.
For broader research, start with only one or two filters. Adding too many filters at once may exclude useful titles.
In this walkthrough you’ll see how to:
- Review the available filters
- Apply multiple filters
- Remove or change a filter
- Refine the result set
- Change the display columns

Use the bulk ISBN search when you need to look up a list of titles at once.

Once the results are displayed, you can download them as:

The information available in your download will depend on your TitlePage access and permissions.
In this walkthrough you’ll see how to:

- Run a bulk search
