TitlePage is launching a major upgrade in August 2026. This article reflects features and workflows of the new version of TitlePage. If you’re using the legacy platform, some information may not yet apply.
TitlePage creates ONIX 3.X, ONIX 2.1, and price and availability feeds for use by booksellers and libraries that contain more comprehensive access to the TitlePage database. These files can be requested at additional cost by contacting TitlePage support to discuss your requirements.

This information is intended for retailers, developers, and technical staff who are seeking information about what extra files are available for purchase.
ONIX bibliographic feeds
TitlePage provides bibliographic data using ONIX, the global publishing metadata standard. Available options include:
- Weekly full ONIX file: a complete dataset. This is a very large file (1.6+ million records), and some systems may have difficulty processing it.
- Daily ONIX delta file: includes new or changed records from the last 25 hours.
- Daily deletes file: a simple text file listing records removed from TitlePage since the previous day.
Custom subsets or alternative delivery schedules can be scoped by discussion.
Price and availability CSV files
- Daily full CSV files for Australia and New Zealand (separate files).
- Includes current price and stock availability.
- Designed to provide the most up-to-date availability snapshot.
These files are invaluable for system updates and availability checking but do not contain enough descriptive information to meaningfully populate a website on their own.
File delivery
All feeds are delivered to the TitlePage SFTP server, which can be accessed using credentials assigned to you in the TitlePage Security Center. Further details about the Security Center can be found in the Security Center Guide.
